Atwater Village’s already-vivid lunch scene obtained even better when Bar Sinizki opened. Smoked trout and rooster liver tartines, coupled with day-to-day soup specials paired with pickles and residence-made sauerkraut, make for light-weight and flavorful midday meals. If lunch needs a wine spritz, cocktail, or beer, that’s also a possibility.W
